The Shamrock is Lock Haven's only bar and grill you will find on the second floor. Check it out! We have a friendly atmosphere, a great selection of beverages and you really shouldn't leave without trying our outstanding food.

Established in 2003, 198 Shamrock is nestled on the edge of the city of Lock Haven. 198 Shamrock is a family owned establishment, offering a relaxing atmosphere for families and friends to enjoy good food and good drinks. We pride ourselves on being a clean, safe environment where you can feel comfortable by yourself or with the crowd.  198 Shamrock is the new hangout to watch your favorite sports on our three 42" flat screens.

Fleeing the city heat?  Look for The Shamrock's two story building overlooking a pond with surprising inhabitants including a mink, swans, ducks and geese. On the left of the building, ascend the outside wooden steps to the deck outside or wander inside to the only Irish bar in Lock Haven. You can also enter the inside stairs at the front of the building. Either way, you will be greeted by our friendly staff. Toss aside your troubles and take a seat, or "belly up" to the bar - quench your thirst and feed your hunger.
